Our call to Western Appliance Repair was answered by Rich. He was out the next day. He found the problem and ordered the needed part. He made an appointment to return and fix the unit.He called several days before his appointed date and told us that the new part was in, and asked if he could come out the next day to fix the unit.He came when he said he would be here and fixed the unit. Western was awesome. I purchased a washer dryer set from Craigslist and knew that the dryer needed help, but two months afterwards, the washer stopped working. Rich came out and cleaned the filter and pump. We hoped that would take care of it, but two weeks later the pump failed. He came out again and replaced it, and he only charged for the part…. not a second service call fee! Thank you!
Rich has been our Appliance guy for years! Unlike other repair companies, he can get me in quickly and has always been able to repair the same day! He gets the job done quickly and right. And he’s also honest and lets us know when it’s better to replace an appliance rather than fix it. Over the years he’s repaired dishwashers, a freezer, and a washing machine for us. We highly recommend him!
